Can I collect my order from a Vodafone store?

When you place an order, you can choose to collect it from one of our Vodafone stores 

When you get to the checkout:

  1. Complete the Delivery section 
  2. Choose Click and collect  
  3. Choose which store you’d like to collect from 
  4. We’ll contact you to tell you when it’s ready to collect   

Make sure you collect your order within seven days of us contacting you. When visiting the store, we can help you set up your device, which takes around 30 minutes.   

When you come to the store, you should bring: 

  • Credit or debit card registered to the address on your account 
  • Photo ID – passport or driving licence 
  • Proof of address within the last three months – bank statement or utility bill 

Can someone else collect my order?  

  • Pay as you go orders must be collected by the person who placed the order 
  • Any other orders need to be collected by the account owner 

Business accounts 

If you're a: 

  • Sole trader buying more than three lines 
  • Limited company, or partnership  
  • A charity 

You'll need to bring: 

  • Credit or debit card in the name of the company or charity director 
  • Photo ID of the person who placed the order, or company director – this could be a password or European identity card 
  • Proof of address, showing the company or charity name, dated within the last three months –bank statement or utility bill  
  • Purchase order addressed to Vodafone. This must: 
    • Be dated within the last seven days 
    • Show the number of connections and type of equipment being collected 
    • Have the VAT number or registered charity number 
    • Be signed by the account holder – electronic signatures are not allowed 
    • For limited companies or partnerships, it must be on company-headed paper
