How do I get proof of purchase?

Claiming a free gift

If you’re claiming a free gift as part of a redemption promotion, you won’t need to complete the formal proof of purchase request form. Instead you can use the following:

If you bought your device from a store - use the till receipt or email receipt you received.

If you bought your device online or over the phone - use the confirmation email you received after you placed your order. Can’t find it? Check your deleted and junk folders for an email sent from noreply@vodafone.com

If you purchased from one of our partners - you should have received a receipt or order confirmation email when you purchased your device. If you can’t find it, please get in touch with the place you purchased your device from. 

If you can’t find your confirmation email/receipt – don’t worry, continue to the proof of purchase request form

Insurance claims

If you need to make an insurance claim, if for example your insurance company has asked you for proof of purchase, usage, barring or blacklisting for your device, you'll need to complete this claim form
