If you’re on Pay as you go and want to move to Pay monthly – and want a new device and a new number – all you need to do is select your required plan. Then, just dispose of your Pay as you go SIM.
Please note: your credit cannot be transferred to your Pay Monthly contract.

If you’re looking for a new device, you can switch your Pay as you go plan to a Pay monthly one at any time. To do this you need to buy a new Pay monthly plan
To keep the number you had on Pay as you go:
- Head to our keep my number page
- Choose the 'I want to move from Pay as you go to Pay monthly' option
- Follow the steps to start the process
You’ll lose any unused Pay as you go credit when you switch to Pay monthly – so make sure you use it up before you make the move.
Pay as you go to Pay monthly (SIM-only)
You can switch your Pay as you go plan to a Pay monthly one any time. To do this simply select a SIM-only plan – use this link, and you’ll also find some exclusive discounts for existing customers.
Use this link, and our agents will also process the transfer of your existing number. This can take up to 48 hours, but is usually quicker.
