    We’ve stopped selling Red Entertainment plans, but don’t worry – if you’ve got one, you’ll continue to get all the benefits until the end of your plan.

    Can I change my entertainment subscription? 

    With your Red Entertainment plan, you’ll have chosen an entertainment subscription on top of your data, minutes and texts. There were four you could choose from:  

    • Amazon Prime Video
    • Spotify Premium 
    • Sky Sports Mobile TV
    • NOW TV Entertainment Pass  

    Since you’ve already chosen one, you won’t be able to change it. Your entertainment subscription will last until the end of your plan.

    For NOW TV, your Boost pass will last for 16 months from the date it was added. If you chose to roll over onto Pay monthly, it will remain active until the end of this 16-month period. If you cancel your subscription, your pass will be lost.

    Where can I roam with my Red Entertainment plan? 

    As of 10 July 2019, our Entertainment plans include 100 EU minutes only.

    If you bought your Red Entertainment plan after the following dates, it includes Global Roaming Plus, as well as 500 international minutes: 

    • Red Entertainment plan + phone – after 15 August 2018
    • Red Entertainment SIM only plan – after 4 Sept 2018

    Global Roaming Plus lets you use your plan to roam in lots of countries at no extra cost.

    You can use your 500 international minutes to make calls to 31 European destinations 

    Just because your Red Entertainment plan is coming to an end, it doesn’t mean the entertainment has to stop. If it’s time for you to upgrade, you can choose from our Unlimited plans - some of which include entertainment.
