    Sorry, if you don't have a physical SIM, then we can't send you a confirmation code, so you won't be able to log in to start your eSIM journey.

    This means if your device has been lost or stolen, we can't swap you to an eSIM immediately.

    Chat to an adviser, and they'll send you a new physical SIM. Once this is activated, you can use it to receive your confirmation code, then swap over to an eSIM.
