I have Sure Signal but it's not working on my phone

There are a few common reasons why Sure Signal might not work on your phone.

You recently upgraded or got a new SIM

It can take a couple of hours for your Sure Signal device to recognise a new SIM card – so don’t worry if things don’t work straight away.

If you’re still having trouble after two hours:

  1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
  2. From the navigation menu choose Sure Signal
  3. From there, remove your number, then re-add it

If this doesn’t help, start a chat with us.

Your number isn’t registered

For your Sure Signal to work on your phone or someone else’s, you need to register the phone numbers.

Check your phone’s compatible

Your phone needs to be able to get 3G to connect to your Sure Signal.

Most phones are able to get a 3G signal, but some older or basic models might not – so make sure your phone can.

If you’re having problems connecting to your Sure Signal with a 4G-enabled phone, turn 4G off.

Check it isn’t your phone, or SIM

If you can, put your SIM in another compatible phone.

If this works and you can connect to Sure Signal, it could be that there’s a problem with your phone or its settings.

If it doesn't, start a chat with us.
