All our Entertainment Packs can be used on more than one device.
Amazon allows you to stream three different streams on three different devices at the same time.
You can also stream the same title simultaneously over two different devices.
You’ll be able to use your other Amazon Prime benefits whenever you log in to your account.
Spotify can be installed on as many devices as you want, but you can only stream from one device at a time.
For NOW TV, from July, we’re automatically adding a NOW TV Boost pass to your account. This means you’ll be able to watch up to three simultaneous streams. This pass lasts for 16 months, even if your Entertainment Pack choice ends and you roll over to Pay monthly. If you cancel your subscription, your pass will be lost.
You can authorise extra devices when you sign in on them, as long as you have a spare space. If you don't have space, you'll need to delete a device from the My Account section in the NOW TV app.
Please note: Now TV is no longer available as an entertainment option. If you’ve already selected it, your entertainment subscription will last until the end of your plan.
YouTube Premium allows you to use offline features on up to 10 mobile devices at a time. If you try and download a video after this, the oldest of your devices will be de-registered. You can only auto-deregister an old device four times a year.
If you see the error message ‘Sorry, this video can’t be taken offline’, it might mean that you’ve reached your device register limit. You’ll need to download this video on a device you’ve used with YouTube Premium previously, or wait until you’re able to register a new device again.
Sky Sports Mobile TV
You can register Sky Sports Mobile TV on up to four devices, but you’ll only be able to stream from one device at a time.
Please note: Sky Sports Mobile TV is no longer available as an entertainment option. If you’ve already selected it, your entertainment subscription will last until the end of your plan.
