What happens to my Extras, insurance, benefits and discounts when I upgrade?


Nothing – they’ll stay the same. 

The only reason we’d remove an Extra is if it isn’t compatible with your new plan. 

For example, if your new plan has unlimited data, we’ll remove your Data Extra. 


If you have a discount on your account – for example a Vodafone Advantage discount or a student discount – you’ll need to reapply it when you upgrade

Your insurance on your current device will be cancelled when you upgrade. If you would like insurance on your new or current device following your upgrade, please look here


Any airtime benefits will be dropped at time of upgrade and are replaced by any new benefits that are included in your new Airtime plan.
