Call 121 from your Vodafone mobile and choose option four, then option two, and follow the instructions.
Choose your security level:
- Standard – you’ll need to enter your PIN if you're not calling from your Vodafone phone, or if you're calling from abroad
- High security – you’ll need to enter your PIN every time you call your voicemail to listen to your messages, even from your Vodafone phone
We recommend changing your PIN regularly and avoiding simple sequences, such as 1111, 1234 or 4321.
If you’re a Pay monthly customer or have a Pay as you go Bundle, calling 121 will use your minutes allowance. If you’ve used your allowance or you’re in a roaming zone where you can’t use your plan, standard call charges apply
These steps also apply if you want to set up a PIN for Visual Voicemail – you can set this up at any time.
