To book your device repair, please chat to us online.
Once your repair is confirmed, you’ll need to send your device to us.
We can either:
- Email you instructions to generate a QR code or prepaid label, and you can drop off your device at a location of your choice - we’ll pick it up from there
- Arrange for a courier to come and pick up your device - they’ll then bring it to us
- Send a pre-paid box for you to use to send your device to us
There’s no charge for any of these options. You’ll get to choose which method you use during your chat.
You can also visit us in-store where we’ll try and help. Once your device is repaired, we’ll courier it back to you at no further charge.
