To benefit from a 4-hour replacement phone with Vodafone Rapid, you'll need to make your claim before the daily cut-off time:
- Monday to Friday - 4pm
- Saturday - 2pm
- Bank holidays - 2pm
The Rapid service isn't available on Sundays, Christmas, Boxing or New Year's Day.
