How do I check the status of my Vodafone Business Marketplace Apps purchase?

New Customer

If you have any queries about the status of your first order with us, you can contact our dedicated team for an update on VBM-Sales-Order-Processing@help.vodafone.co.uk

 

Existing Customer

If you already have an existing Vodafone Business Marketplace account you can check 'recent events' on your dashboard for latest orders.  You can also view order history for each app

  • Select Applications
  • Select Manage Apps (this is normally the default view)
  • Select Manage drop down against the App you want to view and select Order History
