Adding a domain to G-suite
If you already have a domain
If you’ve already purchased your own domain from a domain registrar, you can add this to your G Suite platform. You’ll need to provide this to us as part of your purchase journey and then verify your domain as part of the G Suite setup process.
If you want to buy a domain
You can buy your domain for G Suite from us as part of your purchase through our sales team or your account manager.
Once you’ve purchased a domain, follow the If you already have a domain process to start using it with your app.
Adding a domain to Office 365
To add, modify or remove domains you must be a Global Administrator (or Company Administrator) of your Office 365 tenancy. and Administrator for your domain registrar. A useful guide on how to do this can be found on the Microsoft website.

If you don’t already have a domain and don’t want to purchase it at the same time as Office 365, you’ll be given an OnMicrosoft domain by default as part of the set up process. This is created at the same time your tenancy is built. You can either choose a name, or use the same name as your tenancy (if available). Your domain address would take the format: ‘@exampleltd.onmicrosoft.com’
