What happens to my Business Domain at the end of my 12 month agreement?

Your domain is valid for 12 months and will auto-renew by default.  If you want to keep it, there's no need to do anything.  The charge for the new 12-month duration will show on your bill.

If you want to leave us and take your domain to another provider, contact your account manager or Prime Contact and request an EPP code which you give to your new provider. 
It can take between 7-15 days to complete your domain transfer.

Once you have cancelled your domain, DNS services and domain access will be revoked.  Your current apps won't work while you have no active domain, but you'll continue to pay for any apps and licences that you have with us.

You must cancel your domain before it auto renews, otherwise you'll be charged for the new 12 month duration.
