Call 14258 free from your business landline and enter your PIN.
Once you're connected, you'll have the following options:
- Add a number to your blocked number list – enter the telephone number, including the area code you want to block, followed by #
- Check your blocked number list – use this option to delete any numbers from your list
- Change your PIN – you can't use obvious PINs like 1234, or numbers that form a pattern on the keypad, such as 2580
