What happens when I migrate to Office 365?
The duration of your migration depends on several factors, including the number of accounts, the amount of data and the network connection. Usually, the process takes from a few hours up to a few days to complete. You will be able to send and receive emails throughout the migration process. However, you shouldn’t modify the folders in your account or change your password during this time.
Setting up Office 365
When you purchased Office 365 from us, you’ll have received an email with your temporary log in details. This gives you access to the setup site. It allows you to set up or connect your domain, choose which apps to install, and assign licences to your Company Users. Find out more about using the setup wizard. You can also set up Office apps and email on mobile and tablet devices. For specific instructions for your device type, follow Office apps detailed instructions Each user can can install Office 365 on up to 5 of their own devices
Adding your domain to Office 365
To add, modify or remove domains you must be a Global Administrator (or Company Administrator) of your Office 365 tenancy. and Administrator for your domain registrar. A useful guide on how to do this can be found on the Microsoft website.
