How do I access age-restricted content on my business account?

If you’ve got Business Broadband and want to access age-restricted content, you’ll need to give us a call so an adviser can change your settings. 

Age-restricted content profile options

  • Off - This is the default setting and means no content profile has been set up  
  • Safe (18+) - This blocks malicious sites
  • Super Safe (13-18) - This blocks malicious, adult, hate, violence, weapons, drugs, crime, alcohol, tobacco and gambling content, as well as dating sites 
  • Ultra Safe (under 13) - This blocks everything Super Safe blocks, as well as sex education content, social networks and games
  • Custom - With this setting you can choose what content you filter
