How do I sign into my Trend Micro Security Services?

Once a customer has purchased the Trend Micro Security Service from the Vodafone UK Marketplace a customer will receive the following email.

Firstly, you need to log into your Vodafone UK marketplace account and then click on the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services tile as shown in the image below.

Please enter the account name and password that were also included in the email.  You will then get this screen:

Click on the arrow ( highlighted above in red ) This will then expand the product components of your Worry-Free Services product bundle where you can log directly into the product, as shown in the image below. 

Click on “Open console” and you will single sign on directly into the product console where you can configure your products. Where you have a bundle with multiple products it is advised to log into the Worry-Free Services console first. It will look like the screen below.

Please follow the quick start instructions within the console or via this link.

At the top right of the Worry-Free Services screen you will find a question mark. This allows you to view how-to videos, online help, knowledge base and support details.
