Sorry, but if we can't send you a confirmation code then you won't be able to start your eSIM journey.

So if your device has been lost or stolen, we can't immediately swap you to an eSIM.

Chat to an adviser first, and they'll send you a new physical SIM. Once this is activated, you can use it to receive your confirmation code, then swap over to an eSIM.
