I don’t have a SIM card, can I still move to eSIM?

Sorry, but if you don't have a physical SIM, then we can't send you a confirmation code, so you won't be able to log in to start your eSIM journey.

So if your device has been lost or stolen, we can't immediately swap you to an eSIM.

Chat to an adviser first, and they'll send you a new physical SIM. Once this is activated, you can use it to receive your confirmation code, then swap over to an eSIM.
