What happens if there is a problem with my Red Hot phone?

If you find any fault with your phone, just take it back to the store you bought it from and we’ll send it away to be repaired. This can take a few days – we’ll keep you in the loop while we do this.

As Red Hot plans come with Vodafone Care we’ll give you a courtesy phone while your phone is being repaired.
