Why has my phone been cut off?

If you can’t make calls from your phone and you’re not sure why, it might be because we haven’t received a payment you owe.

We only cancel numbers as a last resort, and if we’ve done so you should have received several warnings from us in advance.

If this is the case, you can check your balance and make payments easily by calling 56677 free from your Vodafone mobile.

Please have your debit or credit card ready so we can resolve any payments – after that’s done you should be able to make calls and use your phone again within two hours.

There are a few other ways you can check whether you owe us a payment.

Check the My Vodafone app

If you've downloaded the My Vodafone app, you can quickly check to see if you have any payments outstanding.

  1. Choose My bills and charges from the main menu
  2. Check to see if your payment schedule is up to date

Check on My Vodafone

Log in to your My Vodafone account – or register – to see if you have any payments outstanding.

  1. Choose See Bill
  2. If you owe us anything you’ll see the figure under Amount Outstanding

If there’s no amount stated, you have paid your bill or the direct debit has been taken.

Alternatively, you can check your balance by calling 44555 free from your Vodafone mobile.
