If you want to bar your number, you’ll need to set up any call diverts first – we can’t do it once there’s a bar in place. Check the different ways of setting up a divert, then get in touch with our Customer Service team to bar your mobile number.
You can also divert calls from a lost phone. Any calls diverted to another number will be charged using your bundle’s minutes allowance first, and then at our standard call charges
Please note: Pay as you go customers can only divert incoming calls from their lost phone to voicemail.
