I have removed the age restricted online content bar but still can’t access age-restricted content. What should I do?

We recommend you wait for 10 minutes and try turning your device off and on again.

In some rare cases it may take up to 24 hours for the bar to take effect. You should try restarting your device periodically and you should be able to access the required websites within 24 hours.

Please Note: If you have Vodafone Secure Net, switching off the age restricted online content bar will not have any impact. Instead, you can manage access to age-restricted websites through the Secure Net App (for iOS or Android), or our online portal
