If you’re experiencing poor signal, start by using the coverage checker to see what quality of signal you should be receiving, and also whether there are any known faults or ongoing maintenance in your area.
If you know other people in your area who use Vodafone, ask them if they’re experiencing signal problems. If they aren’t:
- Make sure your phone isn’t set to a slower network band or mode. See our device guides for detailed instructions
- If you can, put your SIM card into a different phone and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, you may have a faulty device
