I’ve received a ‘Network busy’ error message. What does this mean?

This means there’s local congestion on the network. Either hang up and try again later, or turn your phone off on again.

If you continue to experience problems, you can check to see if this is due to planned maintenance or a network fault using our coverage checker, which you can also find in the My Vodafone app.

If there’s no planned maintenance in the area, please get in touch with one of our technical teams below.

From the main menu, choose Network satisfaction then Network Guarantee. Answer three simple questions, hit submit and you’re done.
