If you’re struggling to send a picture message or access the internet on your phone, you’ll need to update your settings.
There are two ways to do this:
Update by text
Text WEB to 40127 (free from your Vodafone mobile). You’ll receive a text to let you know your settings are on their way, and then a second text with instructions or a notification – simply follow the steps.

- Go to Device guides
- Choose your device type if not already selected
- Choose Office and Leisure in the menu
- Choose Set up phone for internet
You’ll need to find Mobile data options or Network options in your device settings and enter the Vodafone APN details.
- For Pay monthly enter wap.vodafone.co.uk
- For Pay as you go enter pp.vodafone.co.uk
