Why am I having problems getting a network unlock code (NUC)?

If you’ve submitted our online request form but haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, we recommend you to check your junk or spam  folder. If it’s not in there, visit the Vodafone Community to get in touch with the network unlock code team. 

If you got your confirmation email less than 10 working days ago, it means we don’t have your NUC yet. We’ll have forwarded the request to the manufacturer, however, it can take them up to 10 working days to respond.

If your request for a NUC has been rejected, you’ll need to check if you meet the following requirements: 

We can only issue a NUC if:
•    The phone hasn’t been reported lost or stolen
•    You haven’t requested more than 3 unlock codes in the last 12 months
•    You’ve used a Vodafone SIM for longer than 30 days
•    Your previous 3 bills are paid and up-to-date you’re a Pay monthly or business customer

If you do meet all these requirements, head to the Vodafone Community to get in touch with the network unlock code team.
