NUCs are case sensitive, so please enter it exactly as it appears in the email we sent you, and make sure you’re following the instructions correctly from our NUC support tool
The NUC only works for the device you gave us the details for. If you want to unlock a different device, you’ll need to complete another form.
You only get a limited number of attempts to type in your code. If you’ve checked all the details and have entered it correctly but are still having problems, please get in touch with us through the Vodafone Community
