If you’re having problems using your network unlock code (NUC), check if you’re entering it correctly. Network unlock codes are case sensitive, so you’ll need to enter it exactly as it appears in the email we sent you, and make sure you’re following the instructions correctly.
It’s also worth double checking your email to confirm that the details you gave us when you filled in the network unlock code request form are correct. If not, you’ll need to fill it in again.
The NUC will work for only the specific phone you gave us the details for. If you want to unlock a different phone, you’ll need to complete another form.
You only get a limited number of attempts to type in your code. If you’ve checked all the details and are entering it correctly and still having problems, we recommend you to get in touch with us through the Vodafone Community.
