How do I enable or disable data roaming?

You can enable or disable data roaming in your mobile data settings. If you aren’t sure where in your phone to find this, go to our device help page, then choose your device for instructions. 

If you’re enabling data roaming, you may have a bar on your account. The easiest way to check if you have a bar active is to ask our digital assistant, TOBi. 

Charges for using your phone or tablet abroad will depend on where you’re going and what plan you’re on. To check roaming charges by destination, head to our travelling abroad page
