How can I manage my personal information held by Vodafone UK?

Our existing privacy policy provides some detail around how all our customers can manage and opt out of the use of their data for marketing.  If you no longer want to receive marketing messages from us, please contact our customer services team and you’ll be opted out. You can choose to opt out of all marketing communications or to opt out of marketing in one of several ways (such as email, text, phone or post).

You can write to us at any time to get a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can do this by filling in our application form and sending it to the address on the form. There’s a charge of £10 to cover the cost of providing this information. If you believe we’re holding inaccurate information about you, please contact our customer services team so we can correct it.

We’re currently working on a new privacy portal which will allow you to manage your personal information in one place. This will include all current functionality as well as the ability to make changes to marketing preferences online (and not just by calling the contact centre).  The new portal will also contain functionality to respond to customer data portability requests.
