If your phone is diverting all calls to voicemail and you don’t want it to:
- Call 1211 free from your Vodafone mobile to reset standard diverts (standard is when you are busy, unreachable or do not answer within 15 seconds)
- Call 1210 free from your Vodafone mobile to remove all diverts
- Call 121 and select option 4, option 4 again, then option 3.

If your phone diverts to voicemail only sometimes, this could be due to lack of coverage – particularly if it tends to happen in one location. Check your coverage and get live network updates to see if there’s any planned maintenance in your area.
