How does WiFi Calling appear on my bill?

WiFi Calling is available with all our Unlimited, Red and other Pay monthly plans and you can add it to your account at any time. There’s no additional charge for using the WiFi Calling service and all calls will come out of your monthly allowance of UK minutes.

Your bill will show the length of all calls, the times you made them and the numbers you called. It won’t show you which calls were made with WiFi Calling and which calls used our mobile network.

If you cancel your contract or change your phone before the end of your payment cycle, you’ll be charged for the full month for any calls you made.
