How does Wi-Fi Calling appear on my bill?

Wi-Fi Calling is available with all our Red and Red Value Bundles and you can add it to your account at any time. There’s no additional charge for using the Wi-Fi Calling service and all calls will come out of your monthly allowance of UK minutes.

Your bill will show the length of all calls, the times you made them and the numbers you called. It won’t break it down in to calls made with Wi-Fi Calling and those that used our mobile network.

If you cancel your contract or change your phone, you’ll be charged for the full month for any calls you made.
