Can I still use caller ID and other services with Wi-Fi Calling?

Some calling services such as 1471 won’t work with Wi-Fi Calling. However, you can still check your phone’s call log to see your missed calls. Other codes like *1472#, *1473#, *1474# or *1475# won’t work, either.

With Wi-Fi Calling, you should set up services such as Call Waiting, Call Forwarding or Withhold Number by going to Settings in your phone – our device guides can show you how.

Note: Wi-Fi Calling services can’t be set up with short codes such as 1210, and doing so can disrupt those services already set up on our standard network. If you think this may have happened, please contact us and we’ll get you up and running again. Alternatively, if you experience any issues at all, you can simply remove Wi-Fi Calling from your account. Log in to My Vodafone and use the following steps:

  1. Log in to My Vodafone
  2. Go to Services and extras
  3. Choose Calling options
