How Do I set up Wi-Fi Calling on an iPhone

1.  Check if your iPhone supports Wi-Fi Calling

2.  Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is enabled on your account by logging in to My Vodafone

  1. Go to: Services and Extras
  2. Calling options
  3. Toggle Wi-Fi Calling to On

     Alternatively you can enable it using the My Vodafone app

  1. Go to: Products and services
  2. Manage extras
  3. Calling options
  4. Toggle Wi-Fi Calling to On

3.   Switch on Wi-Fi Calling on your iPhone

  1. Make sure you’re connected to a Wi-Fi network
  2. Go to: Settings
  3. Phone
  4. Wi-Fi Calling

Once set up successfully, you’ll see Wi-Fi appear after Vodafone in the status bar. Wi-Fi Calling is only available on Red, Red Value, Essentials, Red Extra or Red Entertainment plans.
