The My Vodafone app will help you find your nearest BT Wi-fi premium hotspot. Once you’re in range of one, make sure Wi-Fi is activated on your device and choose ‘Auto-BTWifi’ from the Wi-Fi options – our device guides will show you how.
After you’ve connected to a BT Wi-fi hotspot for the first time, your phone will automatically connect to one whenever you’re within range, providing you have Wi-Fi turned on.
If don’t have the app, or if you’re using any other mobile device, tablet or laptop, the BT Wi-fi portal will open when you open your browser. From here, choose ‘Log in with my UK mobile provider,’ then choose ‘Vodafone’, and register with your My Vodafone username and password.
If you’re a Pay monthly customer, your plan may include access to BT Wi-fi premium hotspots. To check if your plan includes BT Wi-fi, log in to My Vodafone or use the My Vodafone app. Choose your Pay monthly mobile number and then go to Services and extras.
