How do I claim?
If something goes wrong with your device, we’ll aim to get it sorted for you as quickly and painlessly as possible. Simply follow these steps:
Call us as soon as possible on 0333 304 3346 from the UK (standard call charges apply) or +44 7836 191 191 if you’re abroad (free from Vodafone phones, standard international call charges apply from all other phones).
Tell our dedicated insurance team what’s happened.
If your device has been stolen, you’ll need a crime reference number from UK police. You can call 101 (15p a call) to get this, or visit a local police station at home or abroad.
Make a claim
Once your claim is approved and you’ve paid the excess charge, we’ll aim to get you up and running again in no time.
