If you’ve recently updated your My Vodafone app, just tap the 24/7 support icon at the bottom of the screen and open the Live Chat icon.
If you haven’t updated the app yet, you can start a Live Chat from any Help and Support FAQ:
- Choose the menu icon and select Help from the menu
- Type your question into the search box or check our help topics
- If you can’t find an answer to your question, choose Start Live Chat under Contact us at the bottom of any question
