Vodafone Wallet closed on 28 June 2018.
If you need to dispute a transaction paid for through Vodafone Wallet, you’ll need to get in touch with the card provider you used to make the payment.
If you think a charge has been incorrectly applied to your Vodafone Wallet, or if you’ve been unable to solve a dispute with a retailer about something you purchased with Vodafone Wallet, you should contact us for further help using the call or chat buttons.
