If you no longer wish to use Vodafone Wallet or any of the payment cards you have added, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Call our customer service team free on 191 from your Vodafone mobile to cancel your Vodafone Wallet account. This will result in your personal details being removed from the Secure Element (SE) on your Near Field Communication (NFC) SIM.
- Call the providers of all services you have set up in Vodafone Wallet and ask to cancel any payment service in Vodafone Wallet. This will result in the details related to your service being removed from the Secure Element on your NFC SIM.
Vodafone isn’t responsible for cancelling any services that you have set up in your Vodafone Wallet. You must contact the relevant service provider yourself.
