My transaction was declined:
If the transaction is declined you may have exceeded the £30 spending limit with Vodafone Pay.
Where payments exceed £30 make sure that you have typed the PIN payment, you’ll be prompted to add more information.
If the problem occurs several times please contact our designated Customer Services team on 0800 014 8902.
You may have a problem with your physical card, in this case contact your bank
My phone isn’t recognised as a payment card
Be sure to enable the NFC on your phone or in the Vodafone Wallet app. The ripple icon should appear blue in the upper right of the main screen.
Then check that you have selected a card in the Vodafone Wallet app and that it is set to the Auto mode in the settings menu of your card.
