Your first bill for Home Broadband will show the following charges:
- Your monthly package
- Any one-time charges. Log in to My Vodafone to view a full breakdown of your bill
- Fees that you didn’t pay in the store when placing your order, such as for your router, delivery and installation
You’ll only see fees that are included in your broadband package, or are required for your Home Broadband setup
Your first bill may be slightly higher than usual, because it’s calculated pro rata. This means that it’s calculated from your broadband activation date up to your fixed monthly billing date, and you’re charged one month in advance
