What’s included in my last Home Broadband bill?

Your final bill for Home Broadband will show the following charges:

  • Your monthly package price, or a credit if you’ve paid for the package after your disconnection date
  • Landline call charges owed from the last month
  • Charges for any added call plans or features, such as Caller ID or Call Divert, or a credit if you’ve paid for these after your disconnection date
  • Any Early Termination Fees (ETF) if you’ve cancelled your contract before the agreed termination date
