Can I move my Home Broadband service to a different address within a day?

No. It’s not possible to deactivate the service at your old address and activate it at your new address on the same day.  

We can deactivate the service on the day you move, and then activate it at your new home the next day.

However, to make this happen we recommend you get in touch with us 30 days before you move. Visit our Home Moves page for more information and instructions on moving.
