Just follow these steps:
- In the Broadband app, open the Info & Support page from the main menu and tap on 'Chat with an adviser'.
- To start the conversation, choose 'Live Chat' at the bottom of the screen. Once the screen has refreshed, you can type in your question.
- To end the chat, tap on the red box in the top right-hand corner of your screen. This will take you back to the Info & Support page.
