To get help from us in the My Broadband app, follow these steps:
- In the app, open the Info & Support page from the main menu. Browse through the FAQs or Chat with an adviser
- To start the conversation, choose Live Chat. Once the screen has refreshed, you can type in your question
- To end the chat, choose the red box. This will take you back to the Info & Support page
