How do I use Live Chat in the Vodafone Broadband app?

To get help from us in the My Broadband app, follow these steps:

  1. In the app, open the Info & Support page from the main menu. Browse through the FAQs or Chat with an adviser
  2. To start the conversation, choose Live Chat. Once the screen has refreshed, you can type in your question
  3. To end the chat, choose the red box. This will take you back to the Info & Support page
