If you’re purchasing Gigafast Broadband and aren’t bringing your existing phone number with you, you’ll need to cancel your existing service yourself.
If you’re purchasing Superfast Broadband, we’ll contact your current broadband supplier for you – you don’t need to do anything. We recommend you let us manage the switch to reduce the chance of reduced service. We’ll send your activation date in your service confirmation letter.
Please note: we can’t offer a switching service for Virgin Media customers. If you’re with Virgin, you’ll need to let them know you’re leaving. You can use this letter [PDF: 115KB] to notify them of your intention.
