If you’re new to Vodafone we can only deliver your router to your billing address. If you’re an existing customer and you wish to change your delivery address, you’ll need to call 191 (free from a Vodafone mobile).
We’ll send your router by our courier, DPD, a few days before your broadband activation date. They’ll email you (and text, if you gave us your number) with your delivery date. If the time or day isn’t convenient, you’ll be able to arrange another date with them. On the day of delivery, they’ll also give you a one-hour time slot and send a link so you can track your order.
