What do I do if my router hasn’t arrived or delivery is delayed?

Your router will be delivered via our courier, DPD, a few days before your service is due to go live. If you haven’t received an email or text confirmation from DPD three days before your activation date, please contact us on 08080 034 515 (free from mobile or landline). You can find your activation date on your Service Confirmation letter.
