Can I change my Home Broadband activation date?

Yes, you can change your Home Broadband activation date.

You should have already received an email from us confirming the activation date.  If the date given isn’t convenient, we’ll be happy to set a date that suits you better.

To change your activation date, just call 191 free from your Vodafone mobile or 08080 034 515 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles, lines open Monday to Sunday 8am to 11pm).

Please note that you may not be able to change your activation date if you call less than 2 days before your service is set to go live.
